Who we are
Smart Repairs was founded in 2004. We are a Sydney-based computer
service company providing Sydney-wide comprehensive computer technical
support for all types of computers, notebooks and netbooks
(including MACs). As technologies become an important part of our
everyday lives, Smart Repairs is here to help you solve technical
issues that are beyond knowledge of normal computer users.
What we do
We specialise in computer repairs, laptop repairs, notebook
repairs, netbook repairs, MAC repairs, data recovery for home and
SOHO. As long as it's something that involves a computer, we can
help.
The process is simple:
- We test your computer and quote for repairs
- You approve our quote
- We proceed with the quote and return your computer
Our vision
We strive to make things easier, simple and cost effective.
- We understand your concerns about cost: We put our prices upfront on
our website. We keep our prices low so you don't need to look around
for the cheapest deal. If you happen to find somewhere else
cheaper, we'll be happy to beat it by 5%!
- We understand your concerns about time:
While many other competitors are hiring contractors, we hire
full/part time IT professionals to look after you. We will work
extra hours to ensure we catch up with job
schedules and our promises.
- We understand your concerns about quality of work:
We guarantee 30 days for our work. If you experience the same
problem again due to our work incomplete, we will fix it at no
extra labour cost. Our IT professionals are carefully selected.
Each technicians have 7+ years of professional, practical
experience in IT, plus knowledge from IT courses or trainings at
university/college.
