- Can I bring in my computer for services?

call us to prior to bringing in.
- It's urgent! Can I bring in my computer for
immediate services?
Most likely. However, for the fairness to other customers and
busy job schedules, we might not be able to offer on-the-spot
service sometimes. But be assured that we will do our best to help you.
- I'd like to book for an onsite service, can problems
be fixed onsite?
Most likely Yes if it's a problem with the Internet, network, printing,
computer setup. In some circumstances, our technician will need to take your computer
back to our office if the job requires data recovery, hardware
repairs/replacements, Windows reinstallation. We will advise you
if take away is required.
- How long will I get my computer fixed?
- If it's an onsite job, our technician will fix the problem onsite on the
same day.
- If it's not an onsite job (jobs that require new hardware
or parts), it will take just 1 or 2 working days plus delivery
time of new hardware or parts. Major jobs (motherboard replacement,
graphics card repairs) may take a little longer.
If it's urgent, please tell us and we will do our best to make
it happen.
- How much does it cost?
We do our best to provide upfront flat fees on our website, please follow

- Are prices listed on this website GST inclusive?
Yes, all prices are GST inclusive and are for labour charges
only. If a job requires new parts/ hardware/ software, we will
contact you for a quote and await your approval.
- What payment options are accepted?
We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Direct Deposit. There is 3% surcharge on
Amex payments.
- I cannot find my computer problem on Step 1 - Know
the problem, how do I find out how much it will cost?
In this case, it should be a general problem with your computer.
We will test your computer first then contact you for a quote.
- What is the guarantee for the job done?
Our work is covered by 30 day guarantee. If the same problem
doesn't re-occur within 30 days, it should be solved. New
hardware/part carry its own warranty terms, normally 1 year
Return-to-base warranty for retail parts (i.e. hard drives,
RAMs); laptop spare parts may have shorter warranty terms (i.e.
motherboard, screen).
